Ingredients :
■ For the brownie base (or use store-bought):
* ½ cup butter
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ⅓ cup cocoa powder
* ½ cup flour
* ¼ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp baking powder
■ For the no-bake cheesecake layer:
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* ½ cup powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
■ For the chocolate ganache:
* ½ cup heavy cream
* ¾ cup chocolate chips
■ Toppings:
* Caramel sauce
* Extra brownie crumbles
* Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions :
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix all brownie ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool, then cut into cubes or crumble.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
3. Heat cream until steaming, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Cool slightly.
4. Layer brownie crumbles at the bottom of each cup. Add a layer of cheesecake filling, drizzle with ganache, and repeat. Top with whipped cream, brownie bits, and caramel drizzle.
5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving if firmer layers are desired.
